Erasmus+ at International Business College (IBC)
International Business College (IBC) is an upper secondary and adult education institution with a strong international outlook and campuses and departments in cities in South East Jutland. We work strategically with internationalisation, mobility, and strong European partnerships across our entire educational portfolio.
Our student and participant population is distributed across upper secondary programmes, general adult education programmes and vocational education and training for young people and adults. Based on this profile, we aim to develop mobility activities across all educational areas, as international competences are essential for the future of Europe, Denmark, and our learners.
As an Erasmus+ accredited institution in three fields, IBC provides high-quality mobility opportunities for students, adult learners, and staff within upper secondary education, vocational business education and professional training, and general adult education.
Our Erasmus+ accreditations
IBC holds three accreditations covering both general and vocational education areas:
1. Upper secondary education
Focus on:
- Study visits, student exchanges, and international projects
- Business, innovation, marketing, and languages
- Cooperation with schools across Europe
2. VET and lifelong learning
Opportunities for:
- Work placements abroad and professional upskilling
- Mobility in cooperation with companies and sector partners
- Development of vocational competences in an international environment
3. Adult education
With emphasis on:
- Lifelong learning and competence development
- Mobility for adult learners and staff
- Inclusion, upskilling, and innovative learning methods
Cooperation with IBC
As an Erasmus+ partner, we are interested in:
- Student and staff mobility (short and long stays in schools and companies)
- Job shadowing and professional exchanges
- Project cooperation within business, sustainability, digitalisation, innovation, marketing, and languages
- A strong network of local and international companies
- Collaboration with an experienced international office with solid project and mobility expertise
We welcome cooperation with institutions that:
